Trading plan boosts my confidence, mostly I trade fundamentals taking an advantage of the liquidity during the time of news release and my setups for entry, t/p and s/l are technically based... Making use of the trading indicators, I confidently execute trades depending on the results of my tools, and that too determines the lot size I can use and for how long to hold that position... I strongly recommend a trader to stick to a trading plan and maintain consistency, not all trades will go your way but remember not to cut your losses big and collect profits too early, you can only achieve that by doing your necessary set ups and leave the market trend for some time without watching it, simply to avoid the panic... After all we can only speculate and invest...
