Demo/trial version is not exactly the same as real/live trading in terms of spread... To prove this you'll need to get into details when doing comparisons between the two in terms of spread (the difference between the bit and ask value). Beware that the broker charges you to buy/sell currencies to make profit as they throw your investment into the market pool, the fee varies from one broker to another... The bigger the spread, the more the broker gain from your trades. Spread changes every second depending on the liquidity/volume at that moment. There are times when the volatility is too high such that the spread is really bad... In such cases it's best to wait until the market settles down and then follow the trend with a reasonable lot size to avoid panic and unnecessary loses...
