We are offering an opportunity to graduates who are looking to start their career as a Business Analyst. It will be a 12 month contract position allowing the incumbent to gain relevant work experience in the financial services industry.
The individual will be exposed to training and gain experience within the Change Portfolio Team of Sanlam Individual Life.
The internship programme is aimed at graduates and offers:
- A 12-month contract
- A monthly stipend
- On the job training and assessment
- Continuous coaching and mentoring
- Acquire knowledge of company products, services and operational processes and systems
- Complete practical onsite training
- Fill out logbooks for workplace-based learning
- Pass and complete the required level in formative and summative assessments
- Carry out tasks and duties as contracted with your manager
Qualification & ExperienceÂ
- South African citizenship
- Newly graduated, (graduating end 2021)
- Completing studies (Final year) towards BSc./B Comm. in Informatics or Information Technology or Software Engineering, IT, Maths/Stats qualifications.
