Office of Health Standards and Compliance ( OHSC ) is currently seeking to employ a graduate intern in Website Support Engineering field.Â
Intern – Website Support Engineer (Ref #: OHSC 5/2022)
Salary: Stipend: R 6 174, 96 per month.
Internship Period: 12 Months
(Candidates who previously participated in an Internship programme are also welcome to apply).
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or three-year National Diploma in IT, Specialising in Software Development and Software Engineering.
- Technical Requirements: PHP Developer , Laravel , Vue.JS , SQL – Proficiency in SQL querying (Required).
- Must possess an understanding of integrating with 3rd party APIs and their architecture (REST, GraphQL, SOAP, oAuth).
- Other technologies we use: CSS, SASS, AWS, Git.
- Must be a WordPress skilled and capable of developing custom web applications using PHP, MySQL, and suitable technologies.
- Must be proficient in both HTML5 and CSS3, PHP Website Development Certification.
- An understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
- Portfolio of relevant work showcase your skills (would be an added advantage).
