- Gain practical experience in Plant Maintenance, sustainability, and projects by rotating across various business sites and manufacturing plants
- An opportunity to become a registered professional engineer
Human Resources Management Trainee Programme (4 to 5 years)
- Completed or currently in the final year of qualification towards a degree in BTech/BCom in Human Resources Management, BCom/BA Hons Industrial Psychology, Bachelor of Business Science in Human Resources Management, or BSocial Sciences Hons in Industrial Organizations & Labor Studies
- Acquire practical experience in HR Operations providing support to a business area and RCL’s Centers of Excellence
Industrial Engineering Management Trainee Programme (4 to 5 years)
- Completed or currently in the final year of qualification towards a degree in BSc/BEng/BTech Industrial Engineering
