Instrumentation Engineer Management Trainee Programme (3 years)

• Completed or currently in the final year of qualification towards a degree in BEng Electrical or BTech Electrical Engineering (electrical light current, Telecommunication, and Control and Instrumentation

Electrical Engineering Management Trainee Programme (4 to 5 years)

• Completed or currently in the final year of qualification towards a degree in BEng/BSc in Engineering, or BTech in Electrical Engineering
• Will be rotating between various  manufacturing plants to acquire experience projects, plant maintenance, sustainability, etc.
• An opportunity to become a registered professional engineer

Marketing Management Trainee Programme (4 to 5 years)

• Completed or currently in the final year of qualification towards a degree in BCom/BA in Sales and Marketing, BSc Social Science (Sales and Marketing)
• Rotate between RCL’s Marketing, Sales, and Category Operations

Chemical Engineering Management Trainee Programme (4 years)

• Completed or currently in the final year of qualification towards a degree in BEng/ BTech/BSc in Chemical Engineering
• Gain practical experience in Plant Maintenance, sustainability, and projects by rotating across various business sites and manufacturing plants
• An opportunity to become a registered professional engineer

Human Resources Management Trainee Programme (4 to 5 years)

• Completed or currently in the final year of qualification towards a degree in BTech/BCom in Human Resources Management, BCom/BA Hons Industrial Psychology, Bachelor of Business Science in Human Resources Management, or BSocial Sciences Hons in Industrial Organizations & Labor Studies
• Acquire practical experience in HR Operations providing support to a business area and RCL’s Centers of Excellence

Industrial Engineering Management Trainee Programme (4 to 5 years)

• Completed or currently in the final year of qualification towards a degree in BSc/BEng/BTech Industrial Engineering
• Gain practical experience in Plant Maintenance, sustainability, and projects by rotating across various business sites and manufacturing plants
• An opportunity to become a registered professional engineer

Mechanical Engineering Management Trainee Programme (4 to 5 years)

• Completed or currently in the final year of qualification towards a degree in BSc/BEng/BTech Mechanical Engineering
• Gain practical experience in Plant Maintenance, sustainability, and projects by rotating across various business sites and manufacturing plants
• An opportunity to become a registered professional engineer
