Requirements :Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification with 1 to 2 years relevant experiencein an Administration environment, knowledge of office administration, orexperience in Case Management administration. National Diploma or Degree in

Public Administration or a relevant equivalent qualification will be an addedadvantage.

 Job‐related knowledge: Batho Pele Principles, Computer literacy﴾Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc﴿. Good telephone etiquette, sound organizational skills, language skills, ability to communicate well with people at different levels and backgrounds, and communication skills ﴾written and verbal﴿.

Ability to act with tact and discretion, organizing skills, problem‐solving skills, and Duties :Monitor and manage internal patients who are externally funded, including filling inof Charge Sheets and ensuring relevant documents are in the file. Ensure that UPFSare correct, specific, and relevant. Ensure efficient and effective communication ofupdated clinical information for externally funded patients. Liaise with all relevantrole players in matters relating to Case Management. Authorizing all medical aidpatients. 


Daily monitoring of inpatients’ registration by doing ward rounds.Coordination of work with the Finance Department.Notes :Applications to only be hand delivered to Human Resource Office, TembisaProvincial Tertiary Hospital.

Applicants are not required to submit copiesof qualifications and other relevant documents on application but must submit a fully completed Z83 and a updated detailed Curriculum Vitae. 

The information on the new Z83 must correspond with the Curriculum Vitae. Only shortlisted candidates will berequired/requested to submit certified copies of qualifications and other relevantdocuments on or before the interview. Personnel Suitability Checks ﴾PSC﴿ –Verification﴾Reference checks‐ Provide at least 3 of which one must be immediate supervisor, the Department shall reserve the right to conduct verification beyond names provided,where necessary.
