Stand Summary:

The purpose of this role is to provide training and development opportunities to obtain a blasting certificate and related commercial certificates.

Requirements:

A serious candidate has the following characteristics:

Apprentice Miner:
12th grade,
Trainee:
Class 12 and N2 and diesel mechanics, locksmiths, boiler builders, electricians,
Having an official driver’s license is an advantage.
Mining experience is an advantage
These training and development opportunities are available to members of the JTG community. Proof of residence is absolutely necessary. ​​​​​​

Main Responsibilities:

Complete the tutorial successfully.
Obtain a blasting certificate and proficiency test according to the requirements of your chosen discipline.
Demonstrate commitment to South32 values ​​and care strategies.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of mine safety requirements.
