What will you do?
You will be responsible for contacting clients according to specified campaigns and scripts to provide customers with essential and sometimes complicated information regarding products and services.
Persuades customers to take up products and services offered by the company and provides quality service to external and internal customers by ensuring accuracy in recording of data. Generates leads electronically and manually to achieve set sales targets

Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
Regulatory Exam
Class of business training for personal lines
STI FAIS credits
