Requirements :
Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications. Minimum L3 certificate in Early Childhood Development. Atleast 2-years experience practicing in an early childhood development facility. Must have passion for children, be creative and innovative.
Good interpersonal skills, good communication (written verbal and non-verbal) and problem-solving skills. Be able to work in a team and under pressure. Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night duty. If you are invited for an interview, please bring your portfolio of evidence file.
Duties :
Have the ability and knowledge of caring and developing of children from 4 months to school going age. Maintain nutritious food for children. Maintain a clean and secure environment. Adhere to safety regulations. Render first aid when needed.
Communicate with parents. Effective utilization of human and financial resources. Perform duties by supervisor. Work within the agreed framework and procedures of the center, to render quality care to children.
