We have an exciting opportunity for children & dependents of our Empactors who are passionate about Food & Hospitality & want to become Qualified Professional Cook!

This is a 1-year National Certificate Learnership NQF4 Qualification that exposes the selected Youth to formal classroom training, practical & workplace experience.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum of completed Matric/NQF4 from a TVET College.
  • Financially/legally dependent on an Empact/Supercare Employee who earns below R224,080 per annum.
  • Youth aged 19-28 years.
  • Based in KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, or Gqeberha or with family support in those provinces for the duration of the Learnership.
  • A passion for food and hospitality is essential.
  • The Learnership must be completed without interruption over a period of one year.
  • Motivated & driven to succeed.
