2. Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 10 / AET Level 5 to Grade 12 certificate (School report must have a school stamp and log).
Experience: One (1) year of experience in a hospital environment.

3. Key Duties
Documentation: Distribution of memos, circulars, and correspondence to various units.
File Management: Collection and retrieval of patient files and hospital information on time.
General: Perform other messenger duties as allocated.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Ideal Hospital Framework, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and safety protocols.
Support: Contribute to managing complaints and patient safety incidents.
