Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
Relevant plant operator certificate or training (advantageous)
At least 2 years of plant operation experience in mining or construction
Knowledge of plant machinery, safety standards, and operational procedures
Physically fit and able to work shifts and overtime
Must pass medical and criminal screening
