Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics, English, and Science OR N3 with Maths & Engineering Science
NQF Level 2 Occupational Qualification
Valid Driver’s License Code C1 (old Code 10)
1–2 years of relevant experience in instrumentation or technical maintenance
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance
Key Responsibilities
Inspect pipelines and customer stations, including gas testing and reporting deficiencies
Act as vehicle custodian: pre‑travel inspections, vehicle care, driving LDVs and trucks
Assist artisans with safe execution of tasks
Maintain tools and workshop equipment in controlled areas
Support installation and removal of machine components
Identify correct lubricants for services
Liaise with landowners and maintain good customer relations
