Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- No previous work experience required
- Knowledge of labour legislation and regulations
- Understanding of ILO conventions
- Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations
- Understanding of departmental policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Batho Pele principles

- Handle client enquiries and records efficiently
