Minimum Requirements
Exam Markers
- Post-matric qualification in Education.
- Current or former educator teaching the subject they wish to mark.
- No criminal record.
- No family member writing the subject being marked.
- Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Exam Assistants
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Tertiary student or unemployed graduate.
- Available for the full marking period.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Mathematics and/or Accounting can be an advantage.
Duties
Head Office
- Receive, control, scan, and pack scripts.
- Manage script dispatch and archiving.
- Verify script and marksheet quantities.
Marking Centres
- Receive and distribute scripts.
- Ensure all questions are marked.
- Verify calculations and totals on scripts.
Salary
- Includes a travel allowance.
- Approximately R12,187 to R13,125 per month, depending on the province.
