Programme Overview
The DynamX Trainee Programme is designed to develop graduates by building technical capabilities aligned with their career aspirations while providing cross-functional experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The programme includes:
- 24-month structured graduate development.
- Six-month rotational assignments across different business functions.

Learning Model
The programme follows the 70-20-10 development approach:
- 70% learning through practical workplace experience and projects.
- 20% learning through developmental relationships and mentorship.
- 10% learning through formal coursework and training.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Qualification completed before the programme start date.
- No more than two years of full-time formal work experience.
- South African citizenship or legal authorization to work in South Africa.
- Willingness to relocate and work anywhere in South Africa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.
