South African Police Service SAPS Application Form

Download SAPS Application Form (PDF and Word) – Application form 2019 for appointment in an advertised post for South Africa Police Service (SAPS). You will need it everytime you apply for SAPS Posts or Vacancies Requirements to apply are:

-SA citizens between the age of 18 and 30 years of age.
-Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
-No criminal record.
-Driver’s licence (not compulsory).

Documents which need to be attached to the application form:

• Certified copy of SA identity document.
• ID photo.
• Copy of senior certificate/matric certificate.
• Post school qualification.
• Driver’s licence (if applicable).
• All application forms must be in own handwriting in black ink.

Remuneration for the Induction Phase and Basic Training Phase will be a stipend of R4500.
