Coca-Cola SA Commercial Management Trainee Programme 2022
The successful candidate will be based in Coca-Cola Beverages’ SA offices in Nigel, Mpumalanga. The training runs for a period of 12 months and is designed to impart management and sales knowledge and expertise in preparation for a management role within the company.
The primary focus of the Commercial Management Trainee is to maximize plant and process performance by:
- Achieving a pre-assigned sale/brands, including market share targets
- Affect retail pricing within segments
- Manage stock levels within segments
- Acquire skills towards a management role
- Establish healthy business and customer relations
- Perform routine account reviews
- Resolve customer and consumer enqueries
- Manage quality of products in line with quality standards
- Identify functional planning goals
- Rotate across various divisions including Category Management, Channel Marketing, and Sales Activation

- Holds a three-year Marketing or Sales degree
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Suite applications
