Duties: Receive data from various sections

(Wards)in the institution.  Collate,  capture,  analyze  and process  data.  

Update all data on the system.

 Liaise with relevant stakeholders for nonsubmission of data in the Health Information Management(HIM)unit.

 Follow up on incorrect submitted data. Perform data quality checks. Maintain proper communication with all stakeholders.  Give  feedback to the HIM committee regarding the quality of data and performance. Ensure effective and efcient ow of data information and timeous reporting. Attend to trainings and meetings to address data challenges and give feedback to the institution.  Adhere  to  strict  deadlines  and  be  able to work under pressure. Function as part of  facility  HIM  committee and perform any other duties as delegated by the supervisor.
