TFG Financial Services Learnership 2022
The successful candidate will be based at TFG’s head office in Cape Town, Western Cape. As part of the Financial Services division, the incumbent will be performing tasks to gain first working experience in the Company’s Financial Services Contact Center group.
Who should apply?
In order to qualify, you need to meet the role’s minimum eligibility criteria as shown below:
- Preferably a university or TVET graduate in Legal Services, Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting
- Grade 12 graduates (or its equivalent) with a strong academic record in Maths, Business, and Accounting-related subjects are welcome to apply
- Must have a positive, aspirational, and growth-oriented mindset; aspirational and values continuous learning
- A success-driven team player with a sound work ethic
- A critical thinker with an excellent attention to detail
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Amenable to working weekends and shifting schedules
- Not currently studying or intending to study in the next six (6) months of the start date which is on 3 October 2022
