Based in Tygervalley, Western Cape, Glacier is a division of Sanlam offering specialized investment services that include local investments, international investments, retirement income solutions, and retirement saving solutions.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound communications with client base over the phone
• Deliver quality of service that goes beyond customer expectations; build constructive relations with client base
• Make use of IT systems accurately to ensure effective query handling
• Escalate calls to the appropriate department only if query resolution is out-of-scope or you’re unable to offer an appropriate resolution
• Manage more complex issues regarding payment amendments
• Provide accurate product details in accordance with company protocols and standards
