Dell SA Pre-Sales Internship
Dell SA’s Pre-Sale Internship is an entry-level position where the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to acquire skills essential for the organization to satisfy its business objectives. This involves establishing technical solutions that address customer needs, manage sales opportunities, and provide assistance to the team with managing and building a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
In order to achieve such goals, the Pre-Sales Intern is to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Function as a technical resource for the Inside Pre-Sales teams by providing technical assistance, as well as managing and closing moderate to highly complex deals
- Inform customers of Dell’s value proposition, discover customer needs and suggest the right products and services
- Utilize strategic probing in uncovering, analyzing, evaluating, and mapping to understand customer requirements
- Offer superior quality solution builds to internal stakeholders, customers, sales, and pre-sales
- Keep updated on new tech, services, and product offerings as well as vertical and industry solutions
